IMDC Europa-class Heavy Carrier Mk.I

! This is just an update for the existing Carrier of mine, but I had to upload it with another computer, so I couldn't overwright the same file, so sorry for inconvenience. :( !

Features of the update:
New paint: with the new armor texture this was really really really really [...] necessary
Weapons: 6 gatling turrets are now placed on the top deck and 6 on the lower deck, making all in all 12
Lcds: the new lcd panels are now installed
Armor: I changed the way the armor is placed, resulting in less polygons and better performance
Info LCDs: some scripts and lcds now show the most important information on the bridge
Hangar: now the whole hangar is one room making it easier to navigate inside. also there is a new front hangar.


The Europa-class was specifically designed for long deep space missions or the exploration of uncharted worlds as a mobile base in orbit.

The welder bay is able to repair or build any small ship of 12.5 x 15 meters and can be upgraded to a fully automated printer. The Europa features lots of space in its hangar, a top flight deck for small aircraft and two landing pads for smaller large grid ships. So all in all, the Europa-class is without any upgrade able to carry a complement of 2 large grid ships, 6 small ships in sealable hangars and up to 10 small ships on the top deck. 2 Refineries, 4 Oxygen Generators, 2 Assemblers and more equipment make sure the ship stays self-sustaining. With 12 Gatling turrets and 5 missile turrets the Europa-class knows how to defend itself properly. However it should nevertheless be guarded as it is not a battle carrier.
