Transferring the .fbx file and .jpg file of the model into the import directory
C:\Users\[Your username]AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Import
Create an Asset
Building
High Residential Icon
Pick a Template depending on how big the model is
Choose the model from the import (left column)

Benetto: If you make it a High Density Residential building, users can work it into the mod "Ploppable RICO" to enable placement. Then it will function as a building that people live in. You can also do the Ploppable RICO yourself, if you want. :highlvl:

If there was someway to make it a groweable residentral building and make it mostly attract young adults seeking futher education would make it more realistic.
