Elves accuracy buff

描述

This mod is simple buff for elves accuraccy.

Check the gallery for comparison.
Dispersion of arrows is clearly visible.

Deepwood Scouts (Swiftshiver Shards) get range buff to 160.

MOD UPDATE 20.12.2016
Recent CA buff for Elves made range buff obsolete so i decided to stick with their new data and change only accuracy.

@Timjordanau. Pretty sure it would, because it effects the units directly.
