Yes, with 80 sheep (@ 100% of productivity) you will get 1 pallet of wool.
For your question have only to take 80 sheep * daily cost per sheep and see if it is lower.
I reapet, I don't investigated about costs: every map (normally) has yours...
This is only techinical data... You (worker) decide what will do the best for your business :D

How much is the Animal Upkeep for sheep? If i have 80 Sheep i get 1 Wool Pallet / day which is sold for 6k, is the Animal Upkeep lower than that for 80 Sheep?
