There's more than one way to get the endings, but this is how I got them. I'd reccomend playing through the game on your own though first!

During the Ch 9 Selection, choose "Do the spell yourself"

...(And then cry like I did)

This is the only guide I've found that's actually given me the Mystic End for Takumi.
