I couldn't get the drivability to work, but here's the prop at least

• The boat is not very seaworthy, you should physgun-freeze it before trying to do something with it
• You won't be able to walk up or down the stairs if the boat is aligned around 45 degrees to the world axes. This is because the player's box that handles collision is always aligned to the world, so if the boat is misaligned, the stairwell is too narrow to fit the player's box on its diagonal.
