As explains user alec100_94 the problem is about how OpenGL extensions manages this game in AMD/ATI and Intel graphic cards. Fortunately that problem is solved with the Call of Duty games, so you just have to rename the EXE file as it were the COD game so OpenGL makes the necessary exception. The exact name is "CoDSP.exe".
To do that you have to download this game through Steam and look in the proprieties options where are the local files. In the folder you have to rename the file "stubbs.exe" to "CoDSP.exe".

The second and final step is also important because your game is not going to work just clicking that EXE file and it´s going to ask about Steam (Because Steam is an DRM software). To fix that you just have to follow user zzzzapped instructions. This instructions are basically that you have to add the new "CoDSP.exe" file as a NON-Steam game in your library. This way you can execute the file through Steam and will Start.


Then a game called "CoDSP" will appear in your library. You can change its name right clicking it and choosing to view its properties.

Important:

• I don´t know if in order to run successfully the fix you should have first played in your computer any of the COD game with an EXE called "CoDSP.exe".
  
• DON´T VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE. Possibly it will detect that something has been change and it will try to undo it.
  
• I have no idea if this works fine in Intel graphic cards. Usually in my experience that brand of hardware is not made for gaming, just for running windows, Office and browsing internet.
  
• This little guide was made under the effects of a minor flu, so my English skills were not the best. Any suggestions are welcome.
