The following comments are going to go over why I made the decision to be a private collector and verify myself as a clean steam user.
Before I begin I’d like to state that I am not private to hide fraudulent behaviour with trade histories or any items, I will always provide screenshots/videos of any items you may request at any time which is a practise I perform with anyone I trade with. I will not trade scammers.

It’s clear from my profile that I have reached the comment limit however if you were to see the nature of the comments that culminated that total sum it’s evident that I am constantly barraged with overwhelming amount of hate such as tens of thousands of death threats and attacks on personal friends who I have lost due to this disgusting behaviour as people don’t want to be involved in it.
I’m aware some people find this humorous but I don’t. TF2 is over a decade old free to play video game I am entitled to play the game privately which is why the feature even exists.
My sincere appreciation to all who are kind and supportive to me.
Corruption is everywhere and I’m too old for this nonsense, I get enough grief in my working life I don’t need it in my recreational time.
I’ll stick to privacy, to anyone who argue that’s instant proof of a scammer and there is no possible innocent usage of a steam feature to be friends only/private (which by the way new accounts are automatically set to not being public) then I have this to say.
Being private does not effect the results of a scam report.
Being private doesn’t disable the report feature.
To scam enough to afford what I own and not be reported a single time is illogical.
My trade history is available to anyone who asks, I don’t associate with scammers.
