If you are level 28 or higher, go west of the Custom House Tower to a building called "35 Court". there you will thake the elavator up to fight some strong robots. after you do so, there will be buttons in the rooms the robots emerged from. just press them and show the Commonwelth the power of the Enclave! (there may be a bug that shows the armor as T-60, but if you get in it, it will be XO-1)

Please tell me that is somewhere in the game! I forgot what that type was called!!!
