General Stuff
If you start a new game with episode 2 directly you will see two sets of three tiles. These correspond to the decisions in episode 1, act 1 and 2 respectively. Normal, alternative, and hard.

Not that it matters much.

Get the Black Faster Remedy from Bilal as soon as possible, it's a fast travel system of sorts. If you run out you can always get more.

You can do stuff for both acts from the beginning, it's up to you.

Places you CAN go but don't need to: Night Owl, Moore, the upper level of La Jetée.

You can skip overly long mono/dialogue by pressing the space bar.

Running by double-clicking only works in some places.
Here we go...
You start the game in a projection booth.
Go to the left and pick up the magnet, use it on the tapes near it. This will get rid of the graphics filter.
Go to the right and use the hand icon on the 8mm projector, you get instructions. Leave the room.

Pick up the ID card on the floor behind the last row of seats in the cinema and leave through either one of the doors.

Once outside, go left and speak to Harry & Elliot. Pick the first or third option to progress, the second one ends the conversation.
When you're done helping Elliot, Harry will give you his grandfather's headphones.

Go further left and talk to Dan for an achievement.

Enter the subway station.

The security guy, Jensen, will not let you pass since you don't have a subscription for this line.
Two ways to deal with this:
1) Show him the ID you found. You get an achievement for that.

2)Talk him into letting you in. "Ok look, that's enough" and "This world is definitely pathetic."

(Subway map, click to enlarge)

From here you can choose to finish either act first.
Act Three
Go to
PartDieu
Talk to Bilal, he gives you the Black Faster Remedy, exit the station.

Go left to Fyn's condo. Talk to whoever's there (depends on either your playthrough of episode one or the choice of symbols at the start if you chose "new game"), ey will give you an alumin(i)um ball. Back to the metro.

Travel to
Warehouse
Talk to the man hiding in the hole labeled "hobo corner", choose either option.

Head back to
Stolearm
Use the alumin(i)um ball on the cat
A glitch might happen where the cat is invisible. Hotspot works regardless.

and bring it to the hobo in
Warehouse
The hobo will give you an 8mm film reel.

Travel to
Sonic Area
Go through the gate in the background. Talk to Crazy Neon.

Put on the headphones you got from Harry

and follow the trail you can see now. If you choose the wrong path while wearing headphones you will be reset to the start.

Enter the neon factory. Go to the basement and use the power icon on the organ.
If you want to figure it out yourself, put the headphones on again to mute the background music.
Click the keys in the order shown.

You get a neon lens.

Back to
Saint Howard
Leave the subway, find lots of policemen.
Talk to the knight, he says he's hungry.

Leave for
Enki
Enter the Lethal Sushi and talk to Stan. He'll give you a voucher.

Back to
Saint Howard
Give the voucher to the knight. Go past him.

Act Three Endings
Normal Ending

Go right, speak to the enforcer. Choose "I don't get it." He'll say "Then it's already over."
When you go back to the cinema, all the cops are dead and the cinema's doors are locked.

-------------------------------------

Alt. Ending

Go right, speak to the enforcer. Choose either "Poetry, that is to say... madness?" for another go or "We are the stuffed men" to proceed.

"Do we have to continue?" restarts the conversation, "Alas... the outside is too cold?" restarts this last piece of dialog. To go on, "But I'm too tough for him".

"I'm a bit lost now" is back to square one. "That... my flesh" makes him repeat the most recent part.
"I've kept intact in form..." is progress.

Now the doors are unlocked. Go inside. Enter the projection booth.

Use ONLY the film reel on the projector to the right.

-------------------------------------

Hard Ending

Go right, speak to the enforcer. Choose either "Poetry, that is to say... madness?" for another go or "We are the stuffed men" to proceed.

"Do we have to continue?" restarts the conversation, "Alas... the outside is too cold?" restarts this last piece of dialog. To go on, "But I'm too tough for him".

"I've kept intact in form..." is progress.

Now the doors are unlocked. Go inside. Enter the projection booth.

Use the lens FIRST, then the film reel.
Act Four
PartDieu
Talk to the person on the sofa to get the alumin(i)um ball if you haven't done that before. Leave, and go to the subway station, next stop:

T. Wolf
Go left, enter the pharmacy.
Talk to Hunter S. Thompson Azaïus (you get an achievement for that), choose "Identity" and "I don't do this for money".

Leave the pharmacy and go past the subway entrance to the buildings on the right side, enter the lit doorway in the back.

Interact with the glowing switch in the middle, talk to Alan. "And you're neither?", "I'll be honest with you", "Sure, I'm curious by nature". He gives you Ruin's diary, with a page missing.

Leave the house and go to the metro.

Travel to
Stolearm
Go past the robot and enter Paradise Regained.
Talk to Molloy & Malone. "Not at all", then talk to them again. They give you the missing page.

Back to the subway, and to
Warehouse
Enter La Jetée. The blacklight reveals a hidden pass phrase in Ruin's diary, POP1280.

Once more to
T. Wolf
and to Ruin's apartment. Go past Alan and enter the flat. Interact with the large painting ("power" icon). Choose "POP1820" (as of this writing, there's that typo).

Talk to the people in the train car, and exit right.

Go up the stairs to your right/Fyn's left and talk to Azaïus.
Go further to the right and speak with Em. Choose any dialog option.
Talk to Azaïus again. He wants you to do him a favour.

Click on Souvenir n° 97865.

Thanks for the guide, helped me get the full achievement completion. It's a shame this game has so many spelling and grammar errors. I love the aesthetic and the music for sure. It has a lot of potential.

This game is just so random :maddie: At least the visuals and the OST are on point.

You hear these four notes in the background, apparently. I had no clue either. Puzzles requiring outside knowledge to solve are bad game design.

Do you guys know what's the explanation for playing organs in such a way? I mean, how are we supposed to figure out the right combination for that puzzle?

There's still no cat visible for some of us, sadly.
Ragnar 2017 年 7 月 5 日 上午 5:36
Oh, well, that makes a huge difference. I just played it and there was no grey cat visible.

Didn't they fix that? I saw it from the beginning, didn't have the bug/glitch/whatever.

Added screenshot.

You may want to add that the Grey Cat at Stolearm is referring to a spot to the left of the red bucket, as anyone actually looking for a grey cat won't find one.
