Sorry about the error, I don't know what's causing it. I don't play l4d2 anymore and I don't plan updating the mod. I guess it might be caused by l4d1 hunter model, in this case you can try using the mod linked few comments below. Sorry for inconvenience.

note for everyone who loves this mod:

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 hunter.

You know, on a map that I download from the workshop if it works and in Tumtara as well, but in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ campaigns, for example ''No Mercy'', it doesn't work.
