@Crisol In all other deathwish achievements, that is true. However, in the case of safehouse nightmare, regardless of wether or not you did it on deathwish last year (As I did), you will not be able to get the achievement until the halloween event starts, as it's not for completeing safehouse nightmare on mayhem, but for finding the secret item on the mayhem difficulty.
