I liked the part where he touched the vice, pipes, bolt cutters and both doors. You definitely killed the woman and went back to get your phone so there would be no evidence. You either slipped in the blood and got knocked out, or you were a little tired and took a quick nap before trying to make your getaway. How else would you get the blood on your clothes if you didn't even see her? That also explains why you so easily escaped the house. You broke your way in to murder the lady and made the crap alibi about being chased by a man with a pipe. I didn't see a man with a pipe.
