Go to the Documents folder located at:
/My Documents/ETS2
and then click the “config.cfg“, this opens it now with your default text editor.
Now press Ctrl+F for the find function and look for the lines “uset g_developer” and
“uset g_console” and change them from “0” to “1“.

The speed for the camera:
“uset_g_flyspeed” 100.0 ” it is best to set it to “100.0 ”
Editor save, done!

In the game you then press the “0” for free camera and the arrow keys 8,4,5,6 in the numeric pad on the keyboard and the mouse movement.

You can also change the camera speed by using the mouse scroll wheel, as long as you haven’t changed your key bindings. Or if you have changed it then you can press the ` key to open the console then type g_flyspeed *number*. To close the console press ` key again.
