Introduction

I made this guide to help you through removing your HUD for possibilities like taking screenshots, videos ext.

If you want to make it as quick as possible, then copy and paste the commands from the "simple section" directly into the console. But feel free to read what the difference commands do, who knows you might find out that, you are better of with/without a command or two.

Simplified Verison

Console commands

Command : sv_cheats 1
This command will unlock the possibility, of activating console commands.
Command : cl_drawhud 0
" Drawhud 0 " will disable the "HUD"
Command : r_drawviewmodel 0
When you have activated this command, your gun and arm will dissapear.

Please keep in mind that there are a lot more commands to remove the model and HUD.

Longer explanation + more commands

You have probably scrolled down here, to get some more explanation on what the commands do. Maybe even because you didn't find the commands you were looking for. This section will give you every command, there is made to remove the HUD.

Better explanation of the simplified section

Command : cl_drawhud 0 * " Drawhud 0 " will disable the "HUD", causing the radar, timer, weapon icons, health, corsair ext. to become invisible but only for your point of view. Command : r_drawviewmodel 0 * When you have activated this command, your gun and arm will "disappear". This will not stop you from being able to do something different, it will simply just make the weapon model and your player model invisible for your pleasure.

Commands for removing smaller parts of the HUD ( more coming soon )

Command : crosshair 0 * This one disables your crosshair, simply type " crosshair 1 " in the console to get Command : cl_draw_only_deathnotices * Removes your hud completely (except for the crosshair). This command is great for frag kills.. Command recommended by taste the flame
