Easier Bows

This mod makes the charge timing on all bows easier, increasing the "perfect release" time from 0.2 seconds to 0.5 seconds, which should be enough for you to not accidentally screw it up in combat. Bow animation timing has been adjusted to match, and it should also work with any modded bows that use the same scheme.
