Rapid Explaination
The Division was failing since release (I liked it a lot at release) and now they are planning to fix it by letting us share our thoughts with them and let us help them fix it. They will put all their updates into there for us to experiment and have fun with the latest updates.
BUT be prepared to crashes and bugs!

Update 1.4 added a whole lot of new things to check out, so make sure you do check them out in the PTS(Public Test Server)!

the PTS has two guides and this is the first one to pop up so that's how we get here xD and a friend asked me what the PTS was and I had no idea

como deleto o pts da minha steam? quando tento excluir de forma permanente a stem diz que vai excluir junto o jogo base e todas as dlc junto, comprei a versão gold se eu comprar apenas o jogo base e as dlc separado ainda vem essa versão PTS?

cuando intento acceder a la pts por que compre la season pass de the division me sale que el servidor no esta disponible que intente mas tarde , ya llevo 03 dias con este problema , sin su servidor tiene problemas por que venden la season paas
