Just noticed a minor thing: on the mod screen the icon is wrong - it shows 3 feathers instead of the bee hat.

It depends on the way the other mod works, and the order in which they are loaded.

Would an infinite armor mod still make this hat have infinite durability, or would this mod override it and make it just 35% more durable instead?

This mod has a function over the other configurable armor mods in that it doesn't override any other values, so you can use it with other armor changing mods.
