I however build him as a bruiser because of issues with his sustain. Due to his large size and what feels as slow movement i tend to take a lot of hits and become reluctant to assisting my allies by tanking hits for them. I find building him for damage and focusing on his Peel potential is better. Spamming your sun to push your minions, mitigate damage on allies, and burn aggressive players. My build focuses on speed, power, and my autos to deal with enemies and maximize bully potential.
I respect defensive builds on other gods but it doesn't feel right on Khepri for me. I would love further advise on engagement play. Khepri is an amazing god and i love him but he is definitely more punishing to learn due to the responsibility to play him effectively with little room for mistake both on your and your ally's end.
