i have chcked all this and am running the server i used to run just fine, only thing that has changed is my internet service provider, router and internal IP's are all the same, port forwarding is all the same, even using the same machines. but only LAN is working no WAN, its weird, i can't see anything wrong. Never had this issue before, but also never been with this service provider before.

Hopefully it is of use to someone. Advantage being I can just sling a link to it in threads where people need help. Won't cover everything but from what I have seen it will solve 99% of the issues I read about.
