(If anyone knows how to edit the vomit splash screen color that would be great, I'd love to change it from the default green to a mix of red, blue, and green.)

I'd try rebuilding your sound cache first and if that doesn't fix it I suggest deleting the addon and redownloading it.

Do you see the addon in your addons list and does the vanilla sounds play in-game instead?
