This is a RICO version of a Unique building created by Reaper , It is in his Skyscraper_by_Reaper collection. Full creation credit to Him :)

Will behave as Unique if RICO mod not installed.

Will behave as High Commercial if RICO mod installed.
Commercial stats, 3000 Cost, 100 Workers, 40 Well Educated, 60 Highly Educated.

Yeah I found a post on creating the xlm file. But it wont let me plop the asset down. I get error messeges 'object reference not set to an instance of an object'. I might have gone wrong somplace and may redo it later. Fed up of loading screens. Thanks for your help!

I'm assuming that when you save it, it saves as a monument.
This is because you haven't added the RICO .xml file.
Go to where the saved asset is saved (AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\My Assets) create a new folder in the My Assets folder, put the asset you created in the folder with this file [www.filedropper.com], you will have to edit the .xml file.
Open the file, notepad or wordpad will open it and change the name of the building (Torre_El_Faro-Puerto_Madero_RICO) to the same as the asset .crp filename that you created and save it leaving the .xml filename unchanged.
The next time you play the game it should be in the RICO menu.

Great asset. Using it in my futuristic build. But i cant seem to edit it in asset editor and save it. I want to get rid of the trees and fountain. Any chance you can help?
