Bloon hang

In this level you only get two rope and road and wood, with this you have to build a bridge of 30m. You are also not allowed to use the static joint so it is located in the blimp.

I did the bridge with 39.910 so the budget here is going to be very hard. I think you already understood you have to do something wih the balloons.
