Step 1: Launch Grow Up
Step 2: Click on New Game (don't actually overwrite your save!)
Step 3: Hit Cancel
Step 4: Continue Game
Step 5: Bounce on some Youches until you get the achivement!

No really, that's it. This is what fixed the achievement for me. Let me know in the comments if you have any other work arounds!

I honestly have no idea. I found it out after running into the issue myself, deciding to restart my save to see if that fixed it, stopped at the last second, and I got the achievement the next time I played.

I wasn't getting the achievement by bouncing on the same Youch. I finally managed to get the achievement toward the end of the game when I bounced off of one Youch and landed on another Youch on a different continent without hitting the ground.
