This farmhouse is my first attempt at a Rico Asset. You will need to have rico mod enabled or this asset will just be a unique building. with rico enable you will find this under the ric farm industry tab. the building acts as a farm extractor with and employment of 15

This farmhouse is based on farmhouse UK 4x4 by Sparks
