Example - Creating City State Petoria

This could be good but it's kind of a pain in the ass given that it's just a city state. I'm not calling for it to become a civ or anything but I've played 4 games with this mod and still no Petoria. It just sucks that city states are randomly picked from a pretty big list as it is.

To everyone either demanding Petoria to be a fully-fledged Civ AND those saying it can't be a Civ because it's just Peter's house and Joe's pool- someone on the Workshop DID catually make a Petoria Civ mod. Peter's the leader, the Capitol is Petoria, and all other cities are named after characters in Family Guy [i.e.: Joehio]. I have this mod, it's pretty fun and fairly balance. Peter has his own unique dialogue.

@CamtheGamer Even though I wouldn't want it as a Civ, you could make it like Venice and have it be only one city.

To everyone asking for this to be a civ. This wouldn't even count as a micronation(A small country that is not reconized as a real country) as it's just one house and a neghbor's pool. Also what the heck would the cities for a civ based off of this even be?(The living room,the ketchen,peter and lois' bedroom?) While having freaking Peter Griffin as a leader would be holarious, this just works better as a city state.
