Tis is a small guide with tips for getting the Bronze Babymaker achievement

Earn the Bronze trophy without using accessories
This means "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANY ACCESORIES". im not sure if it ruins the achievement if you get the upgrade or uses the accesories shop but you might aswell not since it only slows down your run and doesnt help in any way.

Since when playing the normal game accesories fill a lot because your girls will have the same kind off fans and thats the way to be most efficient. Since we cant do this because we dont have accesories is it recommended to get girls with the same kind of traits. I did it with glasses mainly and then other traits like big boobs and chubby. i wont go in details on how to play the game since i played like i normally would with few exceptions. i would recommend looking up another guide on how play the game. As always though try to have your girls be on the same building as often as possible. you can always pause the game so remember to plan out what you want to do.
