If you can't find it in the cave, It is most likely on the ground or floating mid air under the cave, since it is possible for it to glitch through the big rock where the cave is located.

I found it, but I don't think I got an achievement for it RIP. I even have a video of me discovering it hahah maybe I didn't grab it :(
