Wollongong Australia, first of several southern hemisphere maps. The city has already been done, but this map is meant for those who like the scenery and don't mind all the custom trees :D. Custom trees by Mr Maison include SW Australia natives, and the Illawara Escarpment is fully forested to look like the real place thanks to modders. it's gotta be one of the best looking locations down under for this game, so hats off to the first makers of Wollongong maps!

Custom Trees: required. Good news? Somehow it's only 155,000 trees (max is 250,000). I can't figure out how it looks so well planted... maybe the richness of the custom trees

Optional Theme: This map was made with the Temperate wth Bue Green Water custom map theme, but you can also use default or any other theme of your choice. Just hit OK when it says "Warning: The theme for this map is not loaded. A default theme will be used instead" to use a default temperate theme. Should look just as nice.

4x Road, Rail, Ship and Plane connections

The road up the Illawara Escarpment uses a tunnel. If you really want to go to he trouble of building the real life road, you'll either need Network Extension's small highway (National Road), or do a whole lot of sculpting and probably just a dirt road up the escarpment. Good luck, I threw my hands up at that one :D

Roads and rail are not precisely exact, but I tried to follow the real locations while also taking into account the terrain and the requirements of the game. Start square is the north side of the Port.

Mods Used for this map:
- Unlimited Trees (I always run this one because if you get an error when opening a map with custom trees, this mod has an option menu to fix the error for you)
- No Tree Slope Limiter
- Map Tunnels Enabler
