The Hoge Dame is a to be build Office/residential skyscraper in Utrecht te Netherlands. The Building is part of the CU2030 Project that aims to renovate the whole station/citycenter of Utrecht. De Hoge Dame as the building is called mean ''Tall Lady'' in dutch. The building will be 90m tall once finished and take the shared 3rd spot in height with the city offices just after the domtoren 112m and the Rabobank Offices 105m. An interesting fact is that buildings inthe city of Utrecht may not be build taller then the tallest church tower wich is the Domtower.

This building is now RICO enabled, you don´t need the mod for the building to work, get it though its great!!
