Systems/Actions for coop maps:
ACTION_Coop_GiveAllItem - give item to all players.
ACTION_Coop_TeleportAllPlayers - teleport all players on map with dead or only alive.
ACTION_Coop_TeleportPlayerStart - teleport dynamic player start to destination (for checkpoints).
COOP_PlayerStart - dynamic player start with teleporting system on trigger.
