By completing Combat Simulator Missions, you'll earn Pilot Medallions for your Profile. However, you must have the Cheat Codes Disabled from the In-Game Options Menu to do so as Enabling Cheat Codes will disable Medals of Honor Awards. This is also one of few games where Cheat Codes disable In-Game Achivements.

3. Tour of Duty Battle Missions Introduction

Tour of Duty Battle Missions can be Replayed in the Historic Missions' Battle Simulator once you complete them. This is the Campagin Mode of TIE Fighter. However, when playing in the Tour of Duty Battle Mode, you CAN get captured or die as you have but only one life to live throughout TIE Fighter. To Revive a pilot, you can use the Game's Backup Save Feature or a Cheat Device.

3-1. Tour of Duty Battle Missions: Tour 1-13 - Aftermath of Hoth

By completing Tour of Duty Battle Missions, you'll earn Medals for your Medal Case & Sometimes, you'll rise up in the Ranks of the Secret Order. However, you must have the Cheat Codes Disabled from the In-Game Options Menu to do so as Enabling Cheat Codes will disable Medals of Honor Awards.
