This mod simply forbid you to beam up to your ship from an underground place in casual mod.

Well i think there's a mod to disable items dropping when you die for survival as well

This and Casual Hunger make the game fun and challenging
♥♥♥♥ dropping items on death, it isn't fun anywhere except roguelikes
