Makes the distortion sphere a bit faster, the aqua sphere faster in water, and the sonic sphere boost much faster.

Changes:
Distortion sphere speed increased 14 -> 24
Aqua sphere speed in water increased 18 -> 36
Jump height for both increased 16 -> 24

Sonic Sphere:
Boost speed increased 80 -> 125
Energy cost for morphing has been removed, but the cost for charging a boost has been increased from 30 to 50.

Spike sphere is unmodified because if it's any faster you get thrown off the wall.

i was boutta say why not spike sphere, and i read desc and see...
create another tech which is faster spike sphere, i wanna see this happen and ima land a basket with it

Well finally there is a reason to use the "Maru Mari" (what i call Morph Ball) is.
Might consider doing some tweaks to make it even "faster".
