First of all , if you want to pursue the different endings, you need to clear the game once (any difficulty will do). Then, the Ouka shop will open and you can purchase 2 very important items to start unlocking the endings. These are located at the gameplay tab of the shop, one is the ending grid, which will tell you what ending will you get related to the position of sonico in the grid (mellow, energetic, niche, mainstream). The second one is the client satisfaction panel, which will tell you how much the costume you're currently using will satisfy the client. This is important because you need to satisfy the client in order to get a good end. If you fail to satisfy the client (get under 60% client satisfaction consistently) you will get a bad end.

Each one of the items cost 500 coins, so be aware.

But what about the true ending?

I quote from a discussion:

The romantic ending is the true ending. You can't access it until you have at least one ending from each route, eg endings 2, 5, 8, 11, and 14. After that you do the A route (endings 1-3) and if you've raised Sonico's affection high enough from interaction options you'll move on to chapter 8 instead of the game ending at chapter 7.

The bonus end requires you to unlock the true end first, and you need to choose or talk about the headphones every time it comes up, and you'll eventually see the ending.

I'll edit this little by little, putting in the affection choices for the people who don't want to replay 120391 times until they get every single answer right.

The options are in the order on which they appear in the game

Prologue

- Wake her up by slapping her cheek a little bit.

-Choose to call her Sonico

-Say "Sorry 'bout earlier, my bae!" ("I'ts your fault for being so beautiful also gives affection, but less than the former.)

-Look at her body or arms (Don't look at the boobs), then say "relax, relax..."
You can also look at her face and say that she's looking tense, but the first option gives more affection (bigger heart)

-Stare at her face when you both wonder what her appeal points are.

So, as the title says these are bits of information that I could rescue from the discussion threads.

-Asked by DizzieDawgie : I just completed my 3rd playthrough. The first two I unlocked endings 7 and 12. This 3rd time Sonico's position was squarely in the middle of the 15 block

But instead of seeing a new ending, ending 12 played again.

Answer by Cerzel : There are route splits at chapters 4 and 6 based on your mainstream / niche position. Three routes at chapter 4, and then five at chapter 6; one for each column. Essentially each column is a final route and each 3 endings in that column are locked to that route. So if you get locked to the D route (which 12 is in) you won't be able to get the E route endings, even if you're in the E blocks at the end.

tl;dr you didn't have enough niche at the start of chapter 6 to end up on the right route.

No, the ending isn't bugged. When you were given option to answer Sonico in the park, you shouldn't answer her, just wait until the option passes and then Cameraman will just stay quiet and Sonico will realize that Cameraman is sad, and some heartwarming stuff will happen next (yes, this is the point where Sonico became my waifu). Funny enough, this is my 2nd ending though, I just felt out of option because during this episode, I kind of felt Cameraman's anger too, and the given option didn't fit my mood, and so tried ignoring Sonico ('cause I kinda disappointed in her that time), but it was actually the solution of the ending all the time.
