right under the line "100 = spain.9" there should also be an entry reading "lar_spain.1"
Without that line, the civil war events and bits introduced in LaR fail. and the whole of Spain war just sits in limbo. You can manually fire the civil war but doing so just uses the default events from before LaR, and as long as someone does have that DLC loaded the SCW will not function properly.
If your mod was made with regard to excluding LaR, please mention that in your description. Thanks.
