You Can find it in the unique buildings menu or if you have the Ploppable RICO mod then in this menu. The icon is in the main menu on the right.

Well, i get your point. Especially on beautiful and detailled buildings it can be kinda frustrating. But this asset benefits by its big media markt logo only. So your point is valid, but doesnt fit to this one in my opinion :P
