描述
This mod is a modified static_modifiers.txt
It add a lot of bonuses to give player (and only player, AI won't be affected. I guess) tons of advantage on Research, Construction, Resource, Combat (Land, Naval, Air).

The bonus increases as the difficulty

I have updated the mod to work with new version, but i can't find a way to change the version supported in decription, so it still shows as "outdated" but it should now working.

to Morty: In fact you can just use this one in new version and ignore that warning, that's what i'm doing now.... I wll update it when i back to my home. About a week later....
