Enter cheat codes at the "Secured Line" box. hit enter. most of the cheats pop up at the current screen.

fortknox - Add $1000
yeepeekaye - launch falling star at current screen
keyholemaster - Reveal map
duckhunt - Summon a flying duck
bringoutthedead - Summon Ambulance
blackhawkdown - Summon anti-aircraft missle
coolihaveanewcar - Summon CIA armored van
motherrussia - Summon M80 tank at current screen
swatatyourorders - Summon Swat
greenjelly - Summon UK cop
ymca - Summon US cop
coolimthepresident - Summon US president
ineedalltechnos - unlock all the buildings

To get a different camera angle (zoom in right behind the unit at ground level) you have to play skirmish mode. type bigbrother then press CTRL + SHIFT + J
