First Hearts of Iron IV Mod (;

Simply sets the cost of changing/creating Division Designs to one and gives you a decision to get 50 exp for amy and naval (new for 1.6, so you can build ships), so you can almost freely use Division Templates. Having the cost at zero confused the AI for some reason.

Nun funktioniert die Mod gar nicht mehr. Schade.

Hey, would you be willing to update this mod to give 50 air XP as well? now that air XP is vital for new aircraft, getting the +50 boost for army & navy but not the air force sticks out a bit.
