Go to your Tools, Select Paint Bucket then put Tolerence to 0.

Then put Antialiasing to Disabled.

and put flood mode to Global

it should look like this

Select a color you want to use




Now Click on a color you want to replace. There may be multiple color variations so it may take more then one minute depending on how quick you are

and here i changed one of the other green color to Blue
