SIGN UP FOR ALL PROPS AND TREES IN COLLECTION LINK ABOVE
This is a collection of Kliekie's five Sears Homes she kindly converted to levels 4 and 5 and allowed me to landscape. There is one of each of her homes for levels 4 and 5, so that as your city's low density residential increases in level, you will see more and more of these homes. Mixing these in with other American style homes will give you even more variety and give it an authentically American look.

The Rankgitter is the arbor... still around... but oh well. I know some creators take their assets offline and it irritates me. They should just leave their creations online when they disappear, because too many missing assets tend to break game saves. That's why I go around to the subscriptions and alert the creators that there's an asset missing. I like smoothly running games.

Regardless, I'm putting this in the comments for future reference and for other people to be aware of. Not everyone checks the Loading Screen report files as often as I do. Don't worry, I'm not attacking you. I do this to every subscription that has a missing asset. I'm just happy that YOU haven't vanished on us the way some asset creators have. :steamhappy:

@TechiCat yes, I know. :/ Any time a prop or tree asset creator takes their item off the workshop, it will show up as missing in the buildings that use it... *forever*. I used that bush by XAVE in nearly every building.
Luckily, having a tree or prop missing is not a problem for your game at all.
