About the model
These are some typical New York type apartments. Hope you like them as a filler in your cities. :) I still needed some more filler buildings in my cities so I decided to create some more. More buildings like these will follow. This model has about 3700 tris and a 2048x512 texture, with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 59 tris with a 384x128 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map.

The buildings share textures, which should reduce your RAM consumption if you use loadingscreen mod.

About the building
This is based of a regular apartment building at 526 W 113th St, close to the Columbia University. There's not much history to it.

Changes
- Totally overhauled the model, ugly brick texture is gone. Redid colormapping and the building is not overly bright.
- Backpart is totally redone, new geometry for the backpart. All windows are modelled now.
- Now contains two buildings. Added Hudson lofts, which is a 6 story version lvl 2 high residential with the standard H shape and various other changes to seperate it from the Hudson apartments.
