Easy Way (there's no hard way)
How To Fix:
Go into Whiterun
Go into console (~ key on keyboard)
Setessential 00055FB2 0
Setessential 00108CF5 0
Then click on each of the Alik'r's and type Kill

KEEP BODIES:
I guess you could just throw them under the bridge.
Typing the setessential part again but putting a 1 at the end instead of a 0 should keep the bodies from deleting.

REMOVE BODIES:
Click on the body and type Disable.

BRING BACK TO LIFE (you need to have kept bodies):
Click on the body and type Resurrect

Done.

good guide, but not sure why you remove them. i find them usefull... more immortal fodder for vampire fights instead of them eating my blacksmith

If you can't see Nazeem, summoning him to your location may fix it. Deleting him and then spawning a new Nazeem might also work. The only problem is any Nazeem related quests may fail in the process of deleting, so trying other ways would be preferable.

because remember, if you don't like something, it's a glitch.

Hazelnut, I can confirm that this guide will assist you in removing that bug.

This was very informative and helped me to solve perhaps the worst of Skyrim's many glitches. Now, I have a question. Would this fix also work on that weird glitch that also wanders around Whiterun? What is it called? ♥♥♥♥, I don't remember, but it keeps asking me if I go to the Cloud District? ♥♥♥♥ man, that's a creepy glitch.
