How to change FOV/ Increase FOV

The field of view (FOV) can be change by editing the system.cfg configuration file using Notepad; located 'Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Homefront_The_Revolution'

Just add this line cl_fov=90 at the end and then add r_DrawNearFOV=75 to adjust viewmodel/weapon first person.

* FEEL FREE TO EXPERIMENT WITH THE FOV NUMBER, BUT 90 IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN 65.

** Works in both SINGLEPLAYER(Story) and RESISTANCE MODE(Multiplayer)

just a question-are we speaking of 16:9,16:10,5:4,4:3 or which ratio? heard and added calculators also kinda hint so too,that "basically" 60 vfov is 90 fov

That is a Vertical FOV. In a 16:9 type of monitor, 90deg FOV is about = to 68 VFOV if I remember right. So, 65 has got to be close to 90deg. I don't personally like to go past around 100deg FOV because games will usually begin to distort. So I just used the 65 VFOV, seems to play OK there.
