I actually use the 'Bino'culars very good.
It helps spoting them bastard bush people.
Or acting as a sniper scope for myself, i spot them, switch -near instantly- to my rifle and then fireing for a near 100% hit.

Well, what you do is press those buttons that are somewhere on your screen after pressing B. Leave a few guys to defend and leave a few guys to attack and leave a few guys to do as they wish.
