Kuvaus
Your cims will jump at the chance to live in this corner building from 1652. Growable, level 5 high density residential. Added 2 more Amsterdam size houses to fill up the 2 x 3 plot size. This is a real building in Amsterdam located on Singel 83-85 known as 'Veerhuis de Swaen' after it's first owner Nicolaas Swaen. If you look carefully you can see the swan on the facade.

Technical details: 1904 triangles, 1024 x 512 texture size. The lod has 142 triangles and 128 x 128 texture size.

@gandoe That is the mod I was talking about. Most people have found that plopping individual buildings gives you more control than a district style. For example, if you use my Dutch canal roads, zoning will leave a gap between buildings and the road. With plopping you can put them exactly where you want them.

But it is more work, so if you prefer to use the mod and district styles that's fine. But I'm not sure I can help you to get that mod to work, I don't think it has anything to do with this specific building.

This Mod :O Its supposed to help me add all your homes to a theme so that I can use it as district style but its not even loading/seeing your homes at the moment D:

Hey, when I open Theme Manager I get a Theme 'Dutch Row House' but every asset I have is 'Amsterdam Corner (Not Loaded)', what am I doing wrong?
