Slap just means the operator slaps the bolt release, pressing it does the same thing, uppers are pretty solid anyway so they won't be broken just because you constantly slap it

I really hate it when M16 mods "slap" the gun after they reload...it's just so unpractical....just gently press the button no need to be so harsh on the damn gun.
