Kuvaus
A typical german (european?) housing block for your cities.
It's a 4x4 plot, level 1 building and has 10 households on 3 stories.

Not especially pretty but very typical for german cities!

Stats:
tris count is quite high: 1358
textures are 1024x1024 (d,n,i,s,c)

custom lod is super small (lod textures are 512x512)

It's also RICO compatible (cost: 20 000; households: 10; highres lev 1)
It still works without the rico mod! Then it's just a regular growable!


update 2016/04/25
had wrong setting in the rico file (highres instead of reshigh) and it didn't show up. It seems to be working now although there is no icon, it looks like this. I will have to look into that later sometime.

These blocks are like cancer on my save. Don't level up, need demolishing manually, and remove the zoning from under them.

I'm not really planning on doing that, but you can easily do it yoursefl! Just open the building in the asset editor and delete/ replace the props you don't want.

I'm asking for the same thing as @Sotrax I love this asset but it would be wonderful if you could make a second version without the props in the back :D

Could you add an version with 4x2 lot size? I'd like to detail myself and the trees and props in the back are often in the way.

I did clones Lv 2 and Lv3 of these block houses (this and the others of the same author) and after install RICO only spawn Lv 1 buildings. in other words this models don't upgrade to lv2 or 3.
