If you right click the tiles and click "LOCK", so it doesn't have a tick (sometimes this is bugged and shows not locked when it is), you should be able to move them and flip them.
So there are 6 tiles? can you tell me if thats correct (p.s remember you can copy and paste it)
To make these changes, from the Main Menu, the click Configuration (gear), then on the Configuration window, select the Game tab, and uncheck the corresponding check boxes.
After this, loading the game mostly worked, but usually one or a few assets still would not load, but when prompted for them, it was possible to just press the import button (without changing anything) and they would load.
After getting it to work once, I tried to narrow down whether one or both were needed. I found that "Mod Threading" was the problem and that I could turn "Mod Caching" back on.
YMMV, and I am on Linux.
